Seedling's bespoke template has been designed with flexibility in mind. We want you to feel free in expressing your identity using Seedling – both in publishing a diverse range of media to your site, as well as in defining your identity/brand clearly.

Express yourself with ease: back-to-front, its you!

Joomla is setup so that you can carry out routine content editing and addition on your site's front end whilst reserving a wealth of administrative power to a back-end with restricted access (so content contributors won't mess anything up unless you want them to! :) )

In order to make your experience using our Seedling distro of Joomla more seamless, we've created two templates which are included and installed in the package – for both the front and back end of your site.

Both the front and back end templates feature parameters which let you optionally display the name of your site as well as a slogan. Additionally, you can choose a site logo from a pull-down – adding your own is as easy as uploading and choosing it!

Add a little color to your life.

On the front end, you also have complete control over the color scheme used on the site – we've included Beige, Blue, Green and Grey as options (with choices for darkness level for the site and sidebar block backgrounds, menu background and main border color. You can also chose to turn the top header bar off if you wish.

Instructions are included to help you create your own color palette if you need a custom look and our templates are pretty easily re-styled by changing the provided CSS if you are comfortable rolling your sleeves up and would like to get creative.
